I've been playing Helmet Heroes for 2 years now and the best tips I can give to all new players is to be careful of the huge amount of scams that take place everywhere. Do not trust bullhorns that have links to sites promising free money/tickets/pets/items. If a trade is too good to be true then it isn't. Never give your password away to ANYBODY. Account sharing is really not recommended. And lastly, ignore anybody that claims themselves to be a "Game Master". The only GM in Helmet Heroes is Robby. Other then that enjoy HH guys, its a fabulous game created by Robby with a lot of support from the HH community! (P.S I would also recomment everybody to join the Helmet Heroes forums, great place to make friends and also to speak to other long time HH players for advice). Enjoy!
This game is FREAKING AMAZING! I really want to say good job and everything, havent been so addicted to a flash game in ages, 5/5 stars man, perfect game!
@DeadSurvivorer, at later wave levels (10+) its pretty much pointless in making defences as zombie hordes will shatter your defenses in seconds. I've been playing since this game was released on Kongregate and I think its better to ignore all types of defence items and to focus on finding ammo, light sources, radios and med items.
@ahmad, you have to kill a certain number of zombies to advance to the next wave. (sometimes if you take too long, the next wave will start) also night is not permanent... I think nighttime lasts about 4-7 minutes.
@zach, I found Pillow City quite a good follow up to Wasted Coloney. The story is great but things get extremely difficult after chapter 2. (I wrote a extremely long paragraph about Pillow City Flaws but it was too long haha)
Just starting playing and I love it! I mean... I was a HUUUGE fan of wasted colony and always wanted a sequel this is pretty much that long awaited sequel I was waiting for. Awesome job man and also I always loved your artwork! :D
I always loved starting from the bottom and working my way up to fight the final prefecture.... it just felt more tense and awesome xD

ok after playing this for several days, it is actually a very good game. The difficult boss battles are actually really fun and rewarding if you beat them and tips for people who cant afford iron & silver ores at the secret shop. Some quests offer them as a reward for completion. This is a very great game though it still needs some refinement... I will continue to enjoy this game :D
