Finally save up for a jeweled chest, then when I open it the game freezes. This has happened with normal chests which is annoying but when it happens to a jewel chest I get annoyed. :( Does this have something to do with the event? Because it started since the event started!
Sorry for the inconvenience. There was a bug with chest opening that should be stable now.
The moment you open a chest, the contents are saved to the server. You just don't get the gold stars since those are cleared by a refresh. The only thing lost is gold from normal Silver Chests and we're looking into that.
You can view your history by hitting "p" and it will list the contents of those chests so you can see what you got.
If you require more help, you can submit a help ticket using the "Help and Support" link in the footer of the game.
