For the unintentional progress bug (and to allow players to go 'back' to an earlier point in the game), I would suggest the ability to send some of your angel investors to your moon base, possibly with the option of having them return later. Kind of like an angel investor 'bank' if you will. They would enjoy the trip to the moon as the reward for their continued support!
@ 1.2 quintillion AI, it takes 4 mins to 700 of everything (so many things to click!), ~40 mins to 800, yet my calculations tell me it would take about 8 years to get to 900 of everything (the donut speed boost at 875 newspapers would help).
Wow, the further up you level, the more broken this gets. I now have copper sword +1896 and steel armor +1330 (callistite is useless). When you level from 6000 to 6700 in one "Your games" battle, it tries to save the game 700 times and freezes the browser for longer than the battle takes. I wonder how far this rabbit hole goes.
After all of the octillions I've spent on upgrades and millions of gems on new picks, I realized I should not have gone into the mining business, but should have gone into blacksmithing!
As a programmer, one update that I would make is not to teach new programmers to rely on default values. Variables should always be explicitly initialized to provide clarity for future maintainers.
Rotating linked spheres with the keyboard causes them to rotate out-of-sync with each other (different behavior than mouse-based rotation). This seems like a bug, unless you're supposed to use it to get linked connectors to point different ways.
