I just purchased 70 rubies from the store and when I reloaded the game page they all dissapeared! Can I get these back somehow?

Hi devs, I love this game but after doing a hard reset to start from the beginning the 3 gifts I purchased didn't carry over like it says they will in the description. Is there any way to get them restored on my account?

A recent issue with Chrome browsers might cause this problem. We have been reported that it is solved by setting Chrome to always allow Flash on Kongregate. We also sent you a private message in case you don't notice this comment reply :)
