Oh man level 14 is hard, you need to get a bunch of fast ones while the enemy still has all long range, then move around in circles, steadily taking away their hives, but not taking the time to take them for yourself, then slowly start picking them off, all the while still spinning around them. They rarely have time to aim at you for a shot.

200 is somewhere within 9 balls, I think you need to have 9 for a while first, but unless you're that far you don't have 200.
