The instructions for this game are 'click on a gem and move it'. Unfortunately, clicking on a gem just puts a circle around it, and trying to drag just deselects the gem. Arrow keys do nothing. Clicking on the gem next to the gem you have a circle on gets you 'invalid move': clicking on a third or fourth gem in an L just selects that gem instead. Are you supposed to only make matches out of |'s and __'s? If so, the game should note that, and scramble should be fixed so that you actually *get* those on occasion. If not, then how exactly you play besides 'click on gem with left mouse button' would be nice.
What a bitter game, but a fun one. The obvious thing to take from the game is the easiest choice is simply to obey, but to simply obey leaves your journey colorless. So many other people have made nice comparisons to various subjects- spiritual faith, co-dependency, abusive relationships, bonds of parent-child that I don't think it's worth my bothering. Instead, I'll just repeat the game is bitter: you let everything chip away to flawed nothingness and ugly barbs with only a voice who belittles you but tells you it loves you all the same, or you ignore the commands and orders to instead blind yourself in the explosion of color that blocks your path to the point that you can only wildly guess where to go relying only on yourself. Thankfully, unlike in this game, at least 'life' offers us a middle road... but it was fun seeing both extremes.
