My ghost enemy isnt losing any health.... last wave, last enemy -_- Bug

After a level completes sometimes your last enemy/enemies still drop a item, but you can't pick it up anymore.... the item dropped should be able to be picked up, as it fell off a enemy (suggestion) Great game by the way! I will hope you will make a sequel!
