You get an Overdrive automatically when the Blue Bottle is full. You can either do this by doing a slam perfect landing from high above or just by filling the blue bar bit by bit doing tricks and then landing safely. Accumulated tricks in the air and then landing with a slamming perfect landing gives one the most Blue Boost. Hoped it helped! :D
