We found the root cause of the recent issues in Firefox and also how to fix them! Firefox (by default) no longer saves the temporary files used by Picma. However, changing a hidden setting in the browser re-enables the old behavior. 1. Open a new tab and write "about:config" in the address bar (without the quotes). 2. Click the "I accept the risk!" button. 3. Search for "dom.ipc.plugins.sandbox-level.flash". 4. Change the number from 3 to 2. 5. Close and reopen Firefox. 6. Play Picma! This issue is related to the sunsetting of the Flash technology that powered most online games for many years. Sadly, other than the fix we shared the only other option is to use another browser. We're afraid there is nothing we can do to solve this from our side.
