I typically get bored with tower defense games pretty quickly but the RPG elements make this a winner for me. I had to buy it. Kudos to the creators for creating such an engaging game!
@Drakiar I backed the Kickstarter and just used my karma code here on Kongregate so I imagine it will be the same once the the codes for the other digital goodies for my tier come in.
As soon as I got to Sky Haven after the tutorial and I heard the music, my ears went "Skies of Arcadia, is that you my beloved?!" T_T *nostalgia activated*
So happy to see this sequel here! The feel is a bit different from Bell's Heart but it's gorgeous and enjoyable. After reading about it in the comments I also checked out the demo (don't know how I never got around to it since I compulsively checked the blog to see when a Grain of Truth would be complete!) and adored it. The demo felt very much like King's Quest 7 to me. I'm loving the world of the Big Old Tree That Dreams and can't wait to see more of it!
For those like me who couldn't wait for the next game to be on Kongregate, the sequel, "The Trader of Stories: A Grain of Truth" is out! You can find it on a couple of sites through Google but I played it on the link from the developer's blog: http://www.zamolski.com/agot/
Memohuntress was such an engaging game, and I could not stop playing until it was completely done. I occasionally play hidden object games, if the story/art are interesting enough, and this really stands out in a genre that tends to be cookie-cutter. With the cunningly hidden objects, beautiful, interesting scenes, and great story, I will definitely be back for more one day.
Annihilator Mode + Basketball + Zombieball achievement + Playing Space Jam in the background on Youtube=me laughing like an idiot and getting weird looks.
And we will try to bring You more :)
