Love this game.
Two requests: first, give me some indicator when I'm close to a hidden item (key, mushroom, chest). Especially once I've found 75% of the items, it's hard to know where to look.
Second, let me regain the white magic glow from runestones. Otherwise, if I miss killing a monster after activating a stone, I never have a second chance.

This game has some really good game design going on. Enjoying the mixes of enemy types, elements, and damage patterns/recharge rates. Basic attacks charging the limit breaks is also nice. Five stars!
For the sequel (he says hopefully), I'll suggest you emphasize the way in which some attacks are more effective against some enemy types. Right now some attacks are good single-target and some are multi-target. Fire actually gives bonus damage if you tag several enemies rather than focusing fire on just one. Some spells are powerful but have fewer charges. More of this! Make the spells even more distinctive.
