Two things: One, it's possible to climb on top of some levels with the Terminal Bike (Drains and Whale). I don't know if that was intentional or not. Two, the Final Lair is still far too difficult. It looks like I need about 1:09.30 ~ish time to win, but I'm consistently scoring 1:10+. Even after 22 tries and memorizing where to brake, jump, and not jump, I can't pull off anything higher than that. Maybe if you nerfed the time by .5 - 1 or so seconds? ... Anyway, it's a really great game; lots of content. The last level isn't enough to bring it down a star, so still 5/5.
Really, really challenging. I like it, but I'm disappointed I don't have the skill to get through the apocalypse levels, especially because the checkpoints are spread so far apart. 5/5.
ATTN: I've found a solution to the loading screen freezing up. First, logout of your Kong account. Then, reload the page. Instead of picking 'Play as Guest', press the X in the upper-right corner of the message. You should enter into the lobby now. Now login to your Kong account in the login bar on the top of the page. When you enter a new world, you'll be there under your username. NOTE: If you leave the world, you must complete all these steps over again. [+] to keep this bumped.
I come back the following day, and it's still not fixed? :l This is kinda ridiculous... Anyway, for anyone who still wants to play levels, you can play at the original site, everybodyedits[dot]com; you can't play under your kong-based account though.
For people thinking of curved, ramp, or half bricks, you have to remember in the minimap, the block to pixel ratio is 1:1 ... So those bricks would look exactly the same as a regular brick in the minimap.
For all the people saying "Oh, you shouldn't rate down the game for lag; it's your computer's fault anyway." ... One major point of a well-designed flash game, is that it is not only visually appealing, but uses resources *efficiently*. When I play this game (on a well-capable computer to boot), it continually lags on simple tasks. The first few times, I actually thought I was using bullet-time without knowing how. Other flash games which *seem* to be much more content-dense than this one, actually function quite fine. Points aside, this is a really nice game. I wish this didn't have to ruin it.
