This is a great take on top down shooters and its a lot of fun to play. The artwork is nice and there is enough story to enhance the game play. One critique is that there needs to be a bit more tutorial at the beginning, but the biggest thing is that there desperately needs to be a wasd or arrow key option for controls.
This game is a great example of the traditional dungeon crawler. I only wish there were more floors to traverse! I loved the fact that the characters were named after characters from the rather obscure SNES game, Final Fantasy: Mystic Quest.
