A cute game, but the lag and glitchy controls ruin it almost completely. Turning down the quality reduces lagging a little, but does nothing for the unreliable controls.

Try using the "Attack from Tower"-option in the Fairground-Section of a quarter next to an unavailable one. This should do the trick
