I finally won after the whole crap, It feels so good to win and man this is a great game i even got attached to some of my citizens one being Major Riley and Akira Clark my two best people Some of my citizens ending up dying after a while well mostly two and soon i got the chopper fixed up and all 23 people escaped. I will probably play this again.
