so the jury is in on the upgrades, only upgrade the main building, let the rest die. Later in game you really have to focus on taking out rockets that are an immediate threat, and take out a green or blue rocket every once in a while (clears the field, because of chain reactions). this has gotten me 80k so far, the impossible achievements are near, they should all be over the 100k range.

wow refreshing, nice concept AND well executed. The music nicely complents the whole epicness of the rain of missiles.

controls are horrible (should be keyboard plus mouse); having to replay previous levels to level up sucks. AND you took half of your artwork from a link to the past.

Kinda like it My strategy: No marketplaces (except for one, to buy and sell) Lots of farms, boost food rate over 20 (30 max), gives you lots of happy and allows you to increase taxes to 100%. Farms produce about 200 on average, but keep a buffer, you don't want those dots getting hungry (loses lots of happy). Don't get the status symbols, but if you have to get 'm early. Focus on upgrading your fortress instead. Two smithy's to one mine. You can buy a big army later in game (If you have enough bucks, just buy the weapons instead of waiting on them). If you need the happy in the last rounds (to make it to emperor) drop taxes, you don;t need the money of you're fully upgraded anyway.

stuck at 539 headshots, I'll have ot keep working on this one. Dor peole that are asking: if you get well over 400 or so, you;ll get a highscore, that's how you can see.

Great game! Battle screen needs some work, scrolling all the time is annoying. Maybe you could simplify the selection of weapons, there's quite a few and a couple are uselss (most people will go with the best ones, even if they're expensive).
