The Greedy Doors are somewhat poorly balanced. A few gold or a couple hearts for a spell is an okay gamble but even one attack point is kind of absurd. Probably worth reworking that.
It's a decent concept, but I feel like what it lacks is a sense of urgency. The zombies stop spawning, but the boxes don't seem to - the most efficient way to progress is to leave one zombie and wait. The combat is sometimes difficult, but not especially so, and the stomp combined with the gates gives a little too much room. That said, the art style is very expressive, and I've seen much worse. 3/5
For whatever reason, it literally never rained on any map when I was playing. I don't know if this is a bug, or if it's just a rare occurrence, but either way it made the whole wet/dry tires mechanic feel unimplemented. It seems to have worked for other people, though.
While I liked the first one, I thought it was a bit difficult and unfair at times. This one seems much more doable by "puzzling your way out", although a couple require leaps of logic (took me a while in the cave bonus to realize you could block the... block with meat, heh). With great puzzle design, a catchy soundtrack, and amazing graphics, it's an easy 5/5
"Alright, this game is fun, but it's getting a little tedious. I'll do one more mission, then take a break and come back later."
ONE HALF HOUR LATER
"Okay, I'll just upgrade my factory, and-- no, I'll upgrade the tower, then the factory, and THEN I'll take a break..."
Incredible game. Gameplay is difficult without ever feeling unfair, the upgrade system is both interesting to plan with and very fulfilling to get new unlocks on, and the soundtrack is solid.
The one gripe I have is that there's a couple plotline hooks vaguely alluded to that don't quite get followed up on. If you aren't planning a sequel I will be very sad :c
Excellent game, but for some reason it sometimes ignores my button inputs regardless of timing. As such it becomes basically impossible to perfect the longer/harder songs.
You don't actually have to go to the Armor Games page to access the high score snake game. It's in the top-left corner of the "armor games high scores can't be accessed" thing.
