DPS is kind of a meaningless stat, you're bottlenecked by the number of enemies in a fight, and if your current damage source is slow, it can take several seconds longer to get through an encounter without clicking. I'd recommend changing it to Damage Per Attack, and listing attack interval alongside it.
The game's art is good, but it's weighed down by the freemium shenanigans, poor pacing, and tablet/phone interface. As it stands, this is just a pretty meh Swords and Potions 2 ripoff.
Make the interface more PC friendly, make expansions and new workers come earlier and cheaper, and add in free options for cosmetics and shop decorations, and the game will be much better off.
