There is a bug with research. I lost my progress twice now and also lost my energy matter. This happens when you close the game and come back later. Overall I lost 150 which sucks alot.
The game was re-written in HTML5 instead of Flash, other than that the whole prestige system was changed, spell-like system added (once you unlock your first Hack ability, you unlock Energy bar that is consumed for using your abilities)
