Hello.

Some have already guessed at my identity.

I suppose the time is appropriate for me to finally share it.

I am Mr. Welldone, but I have had many names throughout the long years.

Some have claimed that I am Christian Rosenkreuz, the nigh mythical founder of the Rosicrucians. Others state I was both the esteemed personages of Roger and Francis Bacon. Some even posit that I was the historical Merlin. Most interestingly, some legends place me as Ahasverus, the Wandering Jew of myth who was cursed after taunting Christ to wander the earth until the same purported son of God’s second coming.

Other names ascribed to me are Chevalier Schoening, Chevalier Welldone, Count Bellamare, Count Surmont, Count Tsarogy, Count Welldone, General Soltikov, Lord Weldon, Marquis de Aymar, Marquis de Montferrat, and Prince Rakoczi.

The list goes on.

I will not say which of these names I have operated under and which I have not. I will only make one confession, one which some among you have already concluded.
