In the first part, wouldn't it make much more sense if the original sperm were female because 1) the default sex chromosome is XX and 2) for pun, since you do keep typing XX? Creative license gives enough excuse to portray sperm having gender, but wouldn't it be going a bit too far to call being a girl "a plague?" And of course there's that whole "where does life begin" debate. This game assumes that life begins when we are merely sex cells. Ok, that's cool and everything (which in that case, men have wiped out entire civilizations and women bestow someone a bloody death every month), but couldn't you give as much credit to the egg as the sperm? I could go on about the whole ethical issue about people thinking women are land men plant their seed in, but I'd be overstaying my welcome here.
TL;DR
The narration is superb and don't even get me started on the replayability; Those replay buttons were sent from heaven above! I suggest working on some of the un-PC concepts though.
