There is a glitch at the end of the game. If you manage to jump over the pizza guy and slash the door open all the way on the right, the first cutscene will still work if you go back, but then you are stuck in eternal darkness, no credits.
In blockade level, there is a block above some shooting horizontal flames. if you push it to the edge and accidently jump to the lower platform, you cannot push the block anymore. Even if you die, it will still be there. Had to refresh page.
