If a developer goes on the 360, they have to go through Microsoft. Microsoft doesn’t really care about their indie audience, that’s why we have the Winter Uprising. Here, on Kongregate, developers can get cash from kreds on the sight or in contests.

Thanks, it only takes a minute to write a constructive comment, but days, weeks, or even months for a developer to create a game. We are all a community here, and we should strive to make the gaming industry a better place for everyone.

My opinion, and i try to be as little bias as possible, yes people should stop complaining about all the bugs and stuff not everything is perfect. But then again i always throw the head when people dont let other people express their opinion and shun it.
This has always made me say express your opinion but dont put it as a bad rateing and simply put it into a well though out comment, which would make it better that you can only minus a comment if it aalredy has a plus. Another thing ive though is to limit it to 3-5 but this would defeat the porpose of the rating systam and would make it to easy for anyone to make it to the number one spot.
This is my opinion and this brings me back to my point of yes expres your opinion but dont hate like i have done. If only i was able to say this to not even the whole of kong but to the entire world in an effort to make people open there eyes and be more tollorent of mistakes in man made things whether its a saturn rocket or a simple coat hangger made by a student.

I think it’s okay if you complain about bugs. I just think that it’s not okay that you list a single problem. That makes the developer have to search the comments in order to find out what’s wrong with the game. Make a list of the issues, and that will help the developer make better games and hopefully this act will benefit you with better entertainment.

I think a more refined category system would be the solution here. Let’s have a category named female friendly so that girls could be lead in that direction and so that guys can avoid those games, like strategists play strategy games and shooters can play action games.

On everything else, I think you just need to consider the perspectives of other people and just not participate in the marketplace. You’re not helping the gaming industry by rating a game low without backing it up with more than three words of evidence. You don’t have to pay to help the developers, you just need to give them some advice or explain whats wrong with the game.

I think what would mean much more to them is if their game is full of bugs and other issues, that you should make a list of what they are so the developer doesn’t have to sift through all the comments.
