some buildings can be floating between two buildings, and some can't. or maybe its that only a few can support buildings to the side.
Right now, you can only create a suspending building if the buildings on both sides have no holes anywhere; I'll look at changing that in the future! Each type of building (except rooftop buildings) supports suspended buildings, though!
