The game, at level 10, decided to only face up. Not any other direction. Made it impossible to complete the rest of the game. Good waste of 40 minutes at that point :(
@GameTommy Actually, you can swing around and push the objects off using your giant line. The secret, as I found, was just to move the yellow line and punt them both, together, into the end-zone.
@StarlandAI Cool, I don't want acheivements for puzzle games unless they're easy because I rarely have the time to devote to them, seems fair to remove them, right?
@death9356 You set it to a percentage (1 to 100%) that you spend. So, if you set it to 1%, you'll spend 1% of your current resources every click on an upgrade.
I'm getting my ass kicked on insane.. even with auto-skip off, I die within a few hundred waves - even though the enemies have way less health than I do damage. As in I can one hit them, not even factoring in crits, multiple hits, etc.
@M0zebra It's not that bad - you need energy. Start with a few collectors, and reactors. Gotta be fast to get the initial energy. A single blaster will protect you from a thin flood (all you need to worry about for now). Build out, make sure you're protected by SAMs, focus on energy production for ages - you need lots. Mortars destroy a ton of creeper in both depth and AOE - but they need lots of power to work. Takes a bit to get the hang of, but it's worth it.
Hey - minor note. With the new heirloom for bones thing, it pushes the quick trimps box below the menu, so it juts out - on my 900p screen that is. On my 1440p it's fine, but on the 900 is looks a little off. Would be much appreciated if you could adjust it or something.
@st_alfonso That's because SHC is a challenge map; one cell, make it as efficient as possible. It's not your main source of money, nor research - or else that's all it'd be used for.
Game is back up! Woo! I also discovered that the *other* trimps url worked - http://trimps.github.io/indexKong - and progress synced naturally. Can't remember how I stumbled across it, but I'm glad I did.
Yes, it seems like for some reason, Kongregate and Github Pages (my host) are not playing nicely together right now. I'm not sure if it's on Kong's end, or Github's end, but other Github games on Kongregate also seem to not be loading. I'm doing everything I can to get this taken care of, but I need to communicate with some staff from Kongregate, and it seems like that may not happen until the morning. Keep an eye on the forums for updates.
Edit: This is no longer an issue. (Github made a mistake and reverted it).
Reload doesn't help?
