Turns out that glitch is only for the weakest flying enemies :P
I found a glitch thing lol, flying enemies can't attack u whilst ur moving, so keep moving and attack the guys on ground and kill the flying ones when ur done! lol :)

@zskopec thats not a glitch, if it kills the maximum amount of bloons with its throw it immediately dissapears, for example after popping 70 bloons with lightsaber it dissapears
