The Heist	Dec. 02, 2009 Rating: 0 A. A lot of the damage is NOT caused by me and so it seems to matter very little if I am a good driver or not as the cops/other drivers really run up your death count. B. It gave me my badge when i completed level 9. I did end up finishing the whole game and earning it, but you might want to fix the badge bug that gives it out a level early...
