Won't save my rank nor can I earn cash. Every time. Why is this happening.

Every time I close the game it wipes my rank to one and I never accumulate banana money. I have the setting to allow for it to store information so it can save and stuff. WHY IS THIS HAPPENING?! I WAS RANK 47!
