Once you get to a certain speed, the speed of quests no longer goes up. And I'm not talking about the 0.10 thing, which should also be changed. I mean, no matter how many hero souls or items you have, at a certain point, quests only go down in time with new levels. For example, my oly grail quest was at 62.3 seconds before I bought the hamster king, which was supposed to do an additional 30% to my time off. It did nothing, quest was still at 62.3 seconds.
