Pretty fun, but I would like it to be a lot harder. Have some white blood cells that start moving faster, or obstacles that you have to move around (blood clots? I don't know..). An endless mode would be cool, or just more levels. Perhaps for added difficulty there could be some or all cells that it takes a second to eat, like tiny cells (call it size 1) you can just munch, but a cell of size 5 you have to kind of follow and stay on it, or it just is eaten to a size 2 so you only grow +3 size, if that makes sense? And you could upgrade that to be able to eat faster. I definitely see the work put into it since Vivirion 1 (there was something charming about the pixelated cells), and I'm looking forward to seeing it become an even better game.
At first I expected to see a Tetrisphere clone (Y'know, N64). I loved that game, and this one too. It has the same kind of feel, but not so much that I think it's too close. The music and sound effects are not annoying and not too bland, so I don't mind playing with the sound on (yay). More game modes is good, perhaps something with obstacles or other limitations (unable to rotate, can't place a piece that doesn't clear pieces, perhaps some levels with really oddly shaped pieces, etc...? ) Perhaps a WASD mode, but actually it's not too bad with just my touchpad so cheers for that! Looks like a new favorite to add to my list...
Oh, it's nice to see an actual comparison. There are too many that just look at Orbical for 5 seconds and go "OMG TETRISPHERE CLONE!", haha. I'm planning some sort of 'puzzle' mode which will be more of a brain buster sort of thing, 50-100 levels of designed puzzles to solve or something like that. Hmm, a WASD mode? You can control the game with WASD and the arrow keys you know. ;) Thank you for your comment.
The story was simple, but charming. I loved that practically everything in the backgrounds had a description. The characters were all interesting, and the art is great. It has started my day off on a good note. :]
I really liked all three of these games. It was a wonderful story. I thought that the text in this one wasn't really needed, and was actually a bit distracting. 5/5 for sure!
I really like IF games, and this one was great. Short, but very pleasing. The only thing is I would've liked to be able to abbreviate commands (l for look, ex or x for examine, etc) but it doesn't really detract from the game. Great job! I'm going to check out Viricide now.
If you just drag the clothing a little bit, she will wear it, but it will be offset in the closet when she wears something else. It is a bug, but doesn't make it unplayable. Being able to change the colors of things would be nice, as well as more background choices. It is a cute little dressup... and wow, she has some figure.
I liked the variety of colours, and that not too many spots were lumped together (like the stripes on the folding chairs were, but not the umbrella). Cute game. If you add some more pictures to color it'd be better.
The game has decent controls and variety. My only complaint is that it is hard to see some of the clothes in the menu, like shoes, because they overlap too much.
It's a good concept, but please add something so you don't automatically die at the start of each level. Just a simple "click on the green dot to start" would be great.
Not bad. Nice little story, though some sort of epilogue or "congratulations!" would be nice rather than just your score at the end. The hint system worked nicely, and I didn't really feel the need to use it much, but it was a bit annoying that a lot of the differences were shadows slightly off.
It's not terrible, just kind of repetitive and not very interesting. Could be a good game with some improvements. An autoreload would be nice, but that and shooting are the only things you can do. Turrets? Grenades? Something.
Definitely has potential, looks like a fair amount of work went into it. I agree new squares should scatter. Possibly something like special effects and/or things start moving faster the more squares you have collected?
