I know the investment may seem high (about 50k$ and 4 engineers), but in the long term you’ll get the profit. show less

They’re also random, and the combination means that I put them off as long as possible. And while a fully upgraded factory is better than the engineers you invested in it, it also takes builders, and upgrading factories means I run out of those very quickly. Which means more tedious, boring, random exploration missions… show less

The same can be said about tower defenses (awfully boring after the first couple of ones, totally repetitive [the same enemy composition and pattern every time] and giving < 1k$ for most of the time), the same can be said about XP grinding, the same can be said about playing the same game with the same enemies and weapons for the 3rd time. sigh So yes, you definitely have a valid point here. Having e.g. survivors come to you by themselves (depending on some upgrades maybe) or being able to recruit them for $ or being able to get them in any faster way and with less senseless clicking would be great. show less |
