This is pretty easy if you know the pattern. For the beard, stay in the corner and let Tom come to you. Attack him when he gets close. You should push him away with your attacks while taking little to no damage. When he does lasers, if he's on your side let him do his thing and wail on the back of his head. If he's on the other side, he'll always laser the level you are NOT on first. Let it pass and then move to that level as he's lasers where you just were. When he drops bread, stay under a platform. It will bounce off the platform giving you time to move out of the way. Repeat this until he goes into skull mode. Here, just stay right in the middle and attack him as he gets close. When he fireballs on the side, they won't hit you. When he fireballs in the middle of the level, you want to be ALMOST right underneath him. then move and bit to avoid the fireballs.
