To all those who are complaining about the fact that the developers added in real money purchases: Would you work for free? This is what these people do, they make games. Is asking for a little bit of money in return for their skills so bad? If you don't want to support, don't buy anything. But you don't have the right to complain because they want to get paid for their jobs.
You know what's really disappointing? Not being an artist in the slightest, spending a lot of time and effort to look up images and making something. Having the joy of having it accepted, and it suddenly disappearing. Thanks developers.
In order to provide a better experience for anyone solving the puzzles we try to keep the images as unique as possible. In order to help us achieve this goal we have recently developed algorithms that allow us to find similar images in the puzzle database (where before only exact matches where found). As a result we have been removing some of the duplicates that had already been accepted. Ideally this would be done before the images were even turned into puzzles but due to the sheer number of existing puzzles that approach simply isn't feasible. We're sorry that you feel understandably disappointed but it couldn't be helped.
There's a lot of mixed comments about this game. And I find it both incredibly fun and incredibly frustrating. The AI for the allies definitely needs a little work. And instant death quests make me want to murder my family. But the art style is pleasant, the achievements are nice, and all in all its a good game.
