My only complaint is the time limit - my victory should be as long and bloody as it needs to be, presuming I don't lose - I quit ADOM for a similar reason. Makes me too anxious.
Pay to win - of course. But the worst problem about the game isn't even that; it's the terrible balancing between classes.
If you play this game, pick Dark Templar. They may not have a shield - but they for some reason are the class with the most damage cancellation. Ice Barrier is one thing you *Must* avoid, but if they choke - the animation is so short that you're practically playing Rock Paper Scissors. You have to wait for him to be stupid enough to waste his choke - if he does it whilst you're attacking you're screwed. Because it does damage AND guarantees a free hit AND adds missing HP damage to one of his skills AND he does the most raw damage by far out of any of the classes.
TLDR: Russian dev only wants American Dollars. Send them some today and they'll let you in their secret facebook page where they discuss OP exploits and they'll give you epic gear too!
It's a surprisingly fun game - but as much as I enjoy your game, I can't actually *play* your game because of the energy mechanic. There'll come a point where I simply can't play and I'll have to wait; that's where you'll lose all your players, because in 2017 I'm just going to play a different game instead of just waiting for my energy to come back, there are so many great free games out there without an energy system and there's no reason for me to invest time or money in this game when there's a limit on gameplay.
Strong start - I love the black and white, moody atmosphere of this one. I feel like you either love or hate it - very strong start overall. I've only played the first ten levels but I see alot of potential, I like the music and the sound effects are satisfying. The equipment system is very interesting, so far my only complaint is that gold feels somewhat worthless for what it is, but it'll probably be smoothed over with more features.
Hello, Nerserus!
Thanks for your feedback! It adds confidence that we are not in vain do its job! You are right, in the beginning pretty much of Gold. But in the future it may not be enough, if not to improve growth with the help of Achievements. In addition, as a small spoiler I will say that in global update, which we prepare in the near future, requires a very, very large investment of Gold at the ... that you enjoy! :)
As much as I'd like to agree with you all alot of your comments are baseless. Like the whole stand in one spot and spam guass rifle; you could do that in Thing Thing Arena 2 for crying out loud, it was just as effective then too. Sure it's not completely different, but it is a graphically remastered version of earlier games, and it's completely free. Even gemcraft is leaning towards pay to play, we shouldn't be yelling at those still offering us stuff without strings attached, if you don't like it, don't play it. You spent 0 dollars on it.
Great, if short game. Fighter class is pretty underpowered though; it's forcing you to take more risks than the other classes...Without any real pay off for doing so. You could trade blows in melee with the ai enemy; but why would you? Thieves can fight on their terms, practically making every confrontation a joke, as long as you have patience. Wizards can do much the same, by kiting and hitting from afar. Even paladin boasts starting with a defense skill, the option to start with heal, and a class heal skill that actually matters ( As opposed to the laughable "gain more health from lifeorb" that fighter has, the weakest of all the class healing skills from what I've seen so far, which is baffling on a melee. )
Nice game, the execution is a little off but the idea is strong, looking forward to the second game; with a little ironing out that one might end up on the front page. This game however needs to be more popular than it is really, it does hit the mark so many zombie games miss. It's hard to believe zombie games like this aren't more common, people tend to normally go for the seriously overused "Shoot loads of zombies for funzors" idea when the real enjoyment is survival, 4/5 for a solid game with faults but great potential made by people who have the right idea
If you can fit 90 or so people in the market walking around and spam talking for no reason, there's no reason why coins should disappear to lower lag. I spend more time hovering near bodies than I do actually fighting.
