Lots of promise...but watching the enemy pull straight after straight after flush is just...frustrating. And there's no way to guarantee the game isn't just RNG cheating you.

The RNG isn't cheating you. The monsters are balanced so that most of them will hit their hands around 25%-50% of the time, so you can get some bad luck in a row.

Enemy defends intercept passes landing at their feet, but my guys can't catch a ball aimed at their chests.

Enemy defenders intercept the ball without even looking at it, yet my guys let it bounce of their fronts when it's a perfect pass with no challenge for the ball.

Criticize team or criticize player after a loss? Why criticize either? It's a lose-lose. It's like you want the player to do poorly.
Enemy team always double teams the only guy on my team who can catch...the non-star players *never* catch the ball.
The fact that you can't play defense makes it very hand-wavy for artificial difficulty. Doing too well? Enemy team scores on every drive.
Regardless of my defense rating, the enemy team scores almost every time they get posession. Seems busted.

Remove the ability to get chain-knocked down by enemies. It ruins the game entirely, and you'll get 1 star for that. Too many enemies have the ability to knock you down as well. It's lame.

The biggest problem I have are the enemies that can knock your character over. Too many of them in a row. Nerf that and it'd be perfect.

The patterns are sometimes arbitrary. The designer programmed the pattern that he saw, however there could be more.

I got through the tutorial and decided that I loved it just for the humor - 5/5 and I might as well finish now...
Definitely a good game. I have a few suggestions: 1. Make the menu easier to access (took me a while to see that I needed to drag the menu down to access larger ships) 2. If I start the attack I should have the element of surprise and attack first (i.e. I get the first turn). If the enemy attacks me first then they should have the element of surprise and attack me first (i.e. they get the first turn). 3. Scaling is a little wack (not bad, just odd) - the time cost/reward for the higher ship(s) makes it worthless to acquire because you can win with the 2nd- and 3rd-best ships. 4. Tutorial for what the specific attacks do (actually, this one might already be there, but I could have missed it). Boarding seems purposeless in terms of cost/reward.

The knock-down lock down is annoying. Multiple ducks mean that you will never stand up.
The nigh impossibility of level 11 is the only reason I give it 4/5. Too much luck is required to get all the coins.
