Need to balance the game a bit more. Maybe get more indepth about resources. from being able to sell bread, meat rum and so on. Make accumulating gold easier. And make resource gathering of workers more organized.
I don't seem to notice.. but is there population growth? If there isn't please add some.. or some sort of building we can construct to add to the residential areas people can move into.
