I'd recommend Kevin Atkinson's SCOWL dictionary: http://wordlist.sourceforge.net/. What he has at that link is not just a word list, but a series of Perl scripts that can be used to generate dictionaries that vary in size from sleek to gargantuan.
It appears that the seam that connects the square tunnels to the circle-square transition pieces is not fully closed, because there is noise along the edges of it. I would see if you could adjust how that block is placed when it is generated.
My only criticism was that the voice was still too human in the end... It wasn't cold enough... Remember in Portal 1, when right before GlaDoS died, her voice became perfectly human... A chilling moment like that would really complete the atmosphere of this game...
