Hades also loved person 2, t hat is why he had her killed, so hades told person 1 he can have persons 2’s ghost, and he was to go back to the overworld with the ghost following, and when he was out of the under world the ghost would turn into person 2(alive) once more, but if he tried to look at the ghost of his wife she would vanish forever, so person one ran back to the overworld and did not look back, RIGHT when he reached the over world he looked back to see his lover, but when he looked back the ghost was still in the underworld so she vanished.
