So... in the first part, when you were the Traveler, and there was a shadow person chasing you, exactly like the reversed viewpoint of this ending... Was that another noble soul who didn't wish to let the cycle continue?
I'm a little bit confused.
Ending A, which happens if I leave the ship, says that I either live, or die alone.
Ending B, however, says that I'm gonna die, but hey, I'm not alone.
So I guess it was a matter of deciding whether the AI was considered a being or not.

Last boss: (Pushes boss off the edge) "Yay! I won!" (Boss leaps out again) "Oh NOW you don't fall off, huh?!" (recalls the several times he died falling into holes) (sighs)
I'd like to remind certain people that some puzzle games obviously have no story line. Look at pac-man or space invaders. Do they have a story line? No. And games don't need story lines to be cool. Loveya, stay smart peeps.
