If there wasn't no energy on these games, then what is the point? no challenge, you could do gates all day and be rich, the highest lvl would be around 200... and you could keep playing and playing and soon everyone would get bored of it, or if you don't then you can keep lvling up, forever and ever and ever..

You don't have to pay. Not at all. And if what you are trying to say is something like, "I don't agree with the gem system." You can get free kreds by completing surveys and stuff like that and buy gems with those, or you can refer people for gems.
