Just a suggestion, in the "Endurance training" skill, it should say somewhere that it also works on the "ad buff". I thought it was only working on the "in game buffs" until someone in the chat told me that their ad buffs were lasting more longer than the normal 4 hours. Most people probably don't know this info and it's very useful. :)
Is it not killing the whole point of the game if I have to "cheese it" to finish the challenge in the right time? It takes around 4 seconds to change level (and I'm generous), so lets do some maths, 4 seconds x 150 levels = 600 seconds, which means you lose 10 minutes of the 80 minutes just for switching levels. Then after, it takes around 12 seconds to finish a boss level and there is 30 boss levels, which means you take 360 seconds (6 minutes) to kill all the boss levels. There is 64 minutes (3 840 seconds) left to finish 120 levels. It means that you can't spend more than 32 seconds on each levels, but when you have get 40 items or 40 enemies to kill, you already know it will take more than 32 seconds and those levels happen quite often and they take over 60 seconds sometimes. There is no way you can finish that with all the time you lose between the levels and chests.
This is an active challenge, you need to participate in order to finish it. It should take 75 minutes to clear 150 areas, and then you have the 5 minute leeway in case bosses do end up dropping chests or for other reasons. But with all the other objectives in the game, you don't have to complete it if you don't wish to.
I tried to do the "Get me out of here challenge" and I ended 5 levels short even while putting the game on auto, clicking on the chests when they pop up, passing on the items when they showed up on screen, enemies dying 0.01 seconds when they were appearing. It makes you lost valuable times when it's switching level, or when you have to click on the chest. I don't see what I could do more to get it done. Pretty dissapointed that I have to do the challenge even if I was going to lose without even starting the challenge. If it was not for all the time wasted between levels and clicking on the chests to get to the next level, I would have finished it easily. I think it needs to be fixed, either add times or stop the timer when you're getting to the next level or get a chest.
Thank you for the feedback. You can try some of the tips in this thread. https://www.reddit.com/r/lostidols/comments/3ybbfy/milk_cookies_tips_from_someone_who_had_a_heck_of/ And we are planning to add a toggle to suppress the chest win animation, so you don't need a piece of UI to get around that.
Thank you for the feedback. We haven't done another balance pass at Crusaders, since the big update at the end of January. We hope to do another one in the future.
Hello, great game! But I was wondering, after I reset earth once, if I decide to change objective, will I keep all the loots I earned (items, rubies, etc...) during this round or will I lose this progression?
Thank you for getting in touch NicoPanda. You keep all equipment, unused buffs, unopened chests, rubies, trinkets and enchantment points. The things that are reset are Crusader levels, Gold and experience points (purple and grey icon). If you choose to abandon an objective, instead of resetting the world with Nate Dragon's skill, then you don't get Idols or the objective rewards if you qualify, but if an objective is too hard that option is there if you can't get to Nate quick enough.
Sorry to hear you've been unlucky with your Free Play results. :(
