Awesome game! I'd love to see a sequel. I know I offer a LOT of suggestions here, and some of them turn the game into kind of a sport/RPG hybrid, but that's what I sort of wish it was. I really like the game and everything, don't get me wrong. But there's just not as much.. to it as I think there could be.
Suggestions:
- More league battles. Instead of one battle against each other character, maybe have two?
- Playoffs! Or at least one last battle with the two highest rated characters.
- 5 Characters in the unit. Because I never did get to use a cleric (wanted to do as much damage as possible)
- One time use spells. Much like the Black Market (or perhaps IN the black market..) One time use spells could be sold to change the face of a battle.
- Multiple leagues. Perhaps at the lower level, you have to win your way into the tourney to become king.
- Maybe a bit more story. I'm still not sure why my character was picked for the tourney.
- The ability to name your character.
I can't register. I enter all the information, but when I click the 'register' button, nothing happens. Also, I can't X out of the window either. So I have to restart.
Additional race idea: a race that gains a bonus from recycling base parts. Maybe call them Scavengers or something? If there's a group like that in here already, I haven't seen it. I just unlocked the chaos faction.
I love the game null, but maybe you could have the major race symbols color coded in the duel setting screen? All the races have such personality, I just that that a little bit of color would help.
