I hate seeing a game like this get slagged off because it's too hard/requires a bit of luck. I managed to get all awards in my third play through.
I really enjoyed playing it and liked the artefacts idea. I think people have pre defined views of what they think a launch game should be, and they want to just GRIND! I like the new twist, making people think about which upgrade is best at THIS time, rather than taking the attitude that they can get the other one in another few jumps anyway so it doesn't matter.
Anyway, 5/5 from me, and I would like to see what you come up with next.
After a small amount of trial and error I figured out a good system for the first few jumps;
1+2) keep restarting until you get only 1 or 2 coins on one jump, this will give you a reward of 20 coins. (or if you can get 20 in 2 jumps anyway, but this is your best shot at this award)
3+4) Use your money to upgrade jump height first then the insane collect.
5)You should now have enough to upgrade your levitation and collection area.
6) I make around 40-50 per jump at this stage, more than enough to upgrade your speed then disable gravitation (use this just before you start slowing down/falling).
7)Then upgrade as you see fit.
It flows nicely and is enjoyable.
Although it isn't challenging and like others say, you can just leave it to rack up points.
A possible option would be to limit the amount of spikes to 3/4 and slow down the rotation.
Also, maybe enemies could fire projectiles later on, so you have to actively hunt them.
Well I got to 1000, then read the name which had 2000+ in and was like aha! I got it. I'm at 2500 now and thinking maybe it's at 10,000 smashes because of the 10,000th gameplay. Then again the meatly 186 seconds? WTF?!?!? I can't Just beleive anymore!
yeah yeah sure guys, "omg i got to 1 on the last lvl then my mouse went off screen" not very smart or able then...Did it first time,maybe I was lucky, then again...
These 'unseen forces' are simply momentum, when you jump to a place when you have a lot of ooze your momentum will fling the ooze around
