I am in dire need of help. I have a scene size bigger than the screen size. I draw some text at x:10 y:20. I want the text to be on x:10 y:20 of the scene. However, Stencyl puts the text on x:10 y:20 of the screen, and therefore the text moves along with my character. Is there any way to rectify it? Please help.
I've decided against that for several reasons. People mostly want the "pictorial amazing shop" because it's nostalgic rather than because of the usefulness. Do you visit the shop that often anyway? Keeping the old shops in the game will increase the game size for no good reason, and it will be more difficult to maintain. For example, when item prices are updated, I will have to do so in both shops. It's just not worth it. Also the old shop was removed one year and a half ago, which I think is long enough. Thanks for the suggestion anyway!
In the drawing palette, under "Transforms", there is a "set drawing to scene layer", which should work.
