Sweet! This is like an updated Adventure of Lolo game from the nes! I guess that shows my age but ol well. You get points from me. The tesla bots are the medusa heads, the cannons are the dragon, the roller bots are the roly polys, the wake up bots are the skulls and even the batteries are the hearts you collect! I don't see the sleeping goblin equivalent yet, and I did notice the new "transporter dissappearing" blocks. Thats a new interesting concept. Keep up the good work. Maybe more people should bring back the oldies (the good ones at least)!
It's nice to see smash tv still inspires folks. I like the upgrade tree. Although, it did seem that I got the lazer gatling gun after level 1. Maybe too soon? I didn't have the volume all the way up so maybe I didn't hear it, but it would be cool if the higher your multiplier the crowd would get noisier and crazier. Or even the announcer can pull an NBA jam catchphrase "He's on FIRE!!" type comment. cheezy but memorable and often repeated in nerd conversation. I always enjoy progressive giant robot boss levels, so that was cool. So yeah, cool game. not perfect but I had fun and finished it.
This is probably one of the dumbest games I have ever played or rather can't play. It's unplayable! If I'm not being hassled by the stupid leaderboard, then I'm already being sucked into some kind of vortex to the left without me even touching anythign!. Then on the off chance I'm capable of controlling my craft I have like two inches of space to work with and I can't go higher up without dying? In space?! WTF mate!?
I like the song too. However, if its one thing we learned by playing games like "Bart vs the Space Mutants" is to never ever ever copy their controls. I agree with the Rhino, the message was pretty terrible. Games of this genre are exceptional when they are pulled off, but it's difficult to do. An excellent example of this is "Limbo" for the 360.
wow! What an imagination! I wasn't excited at first, but then I figured out that the blue ball allows you to only destroy blue bots and so forth. The ice and fire pickups were done well. I really enjoyed the lazer fieldgoal. Excellent concepts but I don't feel it is a complete game. Maybe break it up. Like after you finish a level go to the "upgrade" or story screen. Again, everyone is an absolute sucker for upgrades and achievements. They make a crappy game playable, and a good game a game that sucks you in for hours when you should be doing homework instead. Also maybe put in a goofy story that isn't supposed to make sense. Think GunBot or anything by the CastleCrasher guys (the beard!).
It is a bit laggy but who knows, maybe its my compooter. I kinda like the concept. I did notice that the reticle disappears temporarily after you shoot. I would like to be able to acquire my next target and see it. Upgrades? mix it up a bit with different versions, like bonus rounds or something. I think a good zombie/ make shift mortar protect your outpost would be a good sequel.
while I was playing this I realized I was loudly giggling while saying "Om nom nom meow!!" and then I kicked my feet and laughed with joy. ....okay, so I'm a little wierd, but I apparently had fun!
0/1 if it were possible. This is beginner atari program shit. Actually, I had more fun with atari. except ghostbusters. This is better than that. But that isn't saying much.
