Did you know you can't max everything? I just got the whole tree and I still need: 20 charisma, 10 Agility, and 10 intelligence. Not saying to hate just to say that you can't.
I just beat the first level with hunter with no money or upgrades and no tutorial... hunter helps in beginning but it really doesn't matter in the end.
i wasfighting spectre and i got a sword called annihalation
i was like wow sounds good and stats are Speed +17 Str+85 Vit+9 Lvl 13
it is much better than runeblade for biological plus to keep this up
Then if you max out skeleton archers then just work on upgrading the archer hero and the dark knight you will be able to kill in the "limited time"
After you are satisfied max out meteor and the summoning hero you will destroy every town
An easy way to earn money:
Keep going to Caramelot and destroy it over and over again and u will get all acheivements that have to do with killing and you will have alot of money
