The main character is indeed modeled on Dylan Dog, but it is NOT him. In the same way that Groucho from DD is modeled on Groucho Marx, Bloch modeled on Robert Morley, H.G. Welles modeled on Vincent Price, and Dylan Dog himself modeled on Rupert Everett. I needed a model, and I just chose the greatest comic-book there is.
