i have just lost my third save game

i am not able to play the game. Any ideas on how to get in it?

I cannot save the game. If i leave and go back to play again i have to start all over. Is there anything i can do to save the game?

I have been playing for 3 days and i really enjoy it! The only part that isnt too good is the hobby times.
