Great idea but the big letdown was the controls - i was more or less fighting the control system.
refreshingly different to necronator - but the unplayable and clunky controls mean that i wont continue playing
damn... All i get when i finish the game is a scrolling piece of text

last boss battle is not worth playing either... the other ones were so interesting, and the last one was just a disappointment ):
Just a bit of criticism + observations
The Gauss gun is not worth getting
Small crosshair + small clip + high fire rate + many enemies = crap = not worth getting
Its much easier to get a chain gun + arnie perk and up your base instead of wasting money on the Gauss
btw, guns are imbalanced, some guns are not even worth considering (i.e sniper) the game design needs more work than just "oooh I think a sniper would look cool in the gun selection" and more like "If i were to implement a sniper, i need to consider when the player will buy it, how would it fit into the playstyle of the game, what stats will make this weapon a valid contribution to the gamers experience, etc..."
This game is very thoughtful. The music is evocative, the plot subtly carried through a mix of dialogue and interactivity (there's nothing worse than reading a block of text just to get the story)
Great game, loved the style, and the constant gothic reference 4/5
