The great thing about this series was how fast and free the controls are. But at least for me, this version is so over-cluttered with statistics that its all lag.

Have just toiled away at level 23 to find that in the walthrough there is an extra box on the lower left level. Has anyone else had this problem or had the box there?

The game makes a fair point about ridiculous criticisms of some games by hard-to-please gamers. However, the game isn't at all satisfying to play, which is a key quality for any game. Homerun in Berserk Land manages to hit back at unreasonable gamers while providing a complete and entertaining game, so just providing a "message" is not an excuse for this lacklustre game. So ironically, this game lives up to its name.
